Aspects of ‘Gorkhaland’…

KURSEONG, Sept. 28: Today, the Jansadharan Sachetna Manch, Kurseong organised a seminar on Gorkhaland, at St. Alphonsus School hall in Kurseong, in which, the speakers emphasised on Gorkhaland by focusing on different aspects pertaining to the separate statehood demand.
The main speakers of the seminar were, Dr Mahindra P. Lama, Vice Chancellor, Sikkim Central University, Mr Somen Nag, eminent historian and political writer, Dr Jos Yonjon Pyasi, Principal, Bijanbari Degree College, Mr P Arjun, convener, Darjeeling District and Terai Dooars Buddhijivi Manch, Mr. Swaraj Thapa, political editor, Financial Express and Ms Urmila Rumba , convener GJMM, Central Committee Women Wing.
